You’ll have seen on our website the ‘you might also like’ feature. This is related links at the bottom of your article. See this example. You’ll notice straight away that all the related links are also for that business. Yep, pretty neat. And it works. Viewers will use those links and see even more from the business – all creating brand awareness and further promotion.
Now, see what happens to a company that hasn’t had regular articles – here. The related links are generated automatically. And the system works by searching for similar articles with similar words. So if you are a restaurant who has only a couple of articles then the chances are that your competition will be in the list of related links. (And of course, the good news is that you’ll come up on their article if they have fewer than six).
This isn’t a sneaky way for us to encourage you to have more articles – this is a genuine resource for our viewers. After all, if they are interested in one restaurant, then they are probably interested in others too, right?
We have set the site to show six related links at the moment. If you have six articles, it will be those that show up in the related links. If you have three articles, you’ll have three listed in the related links.

Note the interactive map which allows viewers to see where your business is and get directions without leaving your article page. Notice too the sharing buttons which encourages and enables site visitors to share your article on their own social media with their own friends.
