Our Las Olas Twitter account is not for sale

You’ll have heard about domains names – dot-coms – that change hands for huge amounts. I believe that the most expensive to date was PrivateJet.com, which sold for a mere $30 million! This makes sex.com seem like an absolute steal at $13 million. And remember, that’s just for the name – not for a site with content and search engine presence.

Did you know that twitter accounts have a value too? As a member (or potential member) of Team Las Olas, you might be interested in this:

You may have also heard that there are a lot of inactive (or even fake) accounts on Twitter. Well, take a look at this:

iiamlasolas on Twitter

Recent studies showed that 33% of the followers of the average Twitter account are inactive or fake. Simply put, if an account has 1,000 followers, the true figure is nearer 670. That’s not the case with the Las Olas Twitter account as you can see :)

Do we tweet about you? If we don’t, we should. Don’t you agree?

Please note that Twitter accounts can only be sold with written permission from Twitter itself. Please do not contact us with offers for our account – it is not for sale.
